Our guy always goes out of his way to answer questions. Does his job in an efficient manner. Leaves our floors clean. Ask about bugs that we have seen in the house and changes what he sprays if needed.

The technician arrived at the scheduled time. He was very friendly and explained in detail the process for both the termite service and the fire ant extermination. HE answered all of my questions. He took his time and was very thorough. After working at my house most of the day in 90+ degree weather, when my husband arrived home from work, he still took the time to explain to him the work he had completed, the annual service they offered, the chemicals they used, etc. I am very happy with the service and overall professionalism that Steve provided.
